You have to try this and tag me! 😂

🗣️Ask ChatGPT: “Describe me like you’re warning someone before they meet me and make it into a flyer.”
This is what it created about me. One of my awesome customers called me a "Shark in a dress" in my Google reviews 😂👠🦈

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud swim mom to my lil sprinter. ❤️

Why do I call her my lil sprinter?… 👀

Consistently a .41 reaction time off the blocks ⚡️ That’s why!🥰

And if you know swimming, then you know she’s earned that title! 🔥

📊 June 2026 market data is out, and it's looking promising!

Sales increased in Sarasota and Manatee counties! 🎉 Single-family home prices rose as condo and townhome prices declined.

Real estate is NOT a one-size-fits-all market. Every neighborhood, community, and property type is performing differently. Prices told two different stories depending on property type rather than county.

That's why choosing the right agent with deep local market knowledge is more important than ever. Understanding these trends can make all the difference when it comes to pricing, negotiating, and maximizing your investment.
I LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY in 🏖️

If you're thinking about buying or selling, let's talk about what your local market is doing and remember to

And honestly... I'd do it all over again.

This is exactly why I love what I do ❤️
