Recently had clients lean into the idea of looking towards 2027 as the right time to put their home on the market due to an antisipated uptick in market activity outside of the normal snowbird "season". I put this flipbook together with that thought while highlighting some of the factors that affect our market's ebb and flow. Thought I'd also share. Strategic planning in the business of real estate is key in any market, especially in a competitive one. Working in an area that's a destination for many is much different than a market where people make moving choices within the same state to change school districts as an example. Today's business climate has been an huge opportunity to provide information to educate my people as possible. I do want them to be confident in their decisions and certainly knowledge is KING.
