June statistics are out!! Let's take a look back on last month's market update for Sarasota County. More inventory hit the market in June of this year compared to last! In June, Sarasota saw 1.7 months of inventory while the average days on market remains at around 1 week, similar to what we have seen in previous months . What does that mean? Even though more inventory is hitting the market the buyers are still out there buying. The median price of homes in the county rose 25% from 2021 to $500,000! Sellers, that means the buyers are still out there for you and you can get top dollar for your home!
