Relocating and shopping new construction online? Standing on a site right now where the final price will run well past what’s advertised — lot premium, pool, outdoor kitchen, upgrades, all separate line items. That’s normal. Found one of those parks that doesn’t show up if you’re just driving around looking for it — Lyons Bay in Nokomis. No car access. Golf cart, bike, or your own two feet only. The kind of spot you only find out about from someone who actually lives here.
