Closed! I was privileged to be the listing agent for a fellow Silver Oak resident at 8890 Bloomfield. It was owned by my late friend Gill Roth and the sale was managed by his daughter Liz. She did a super job emptying out many years of her Dad’s stuff and preparing the home for sale. It felt great to be able to help a neighbor and I believe that my enthusiasm and intimate knowledge of Silver Oak helped in the sale.
