🌟 Big News! 🌟

We’re excited to share that our latest project with FEMA’s Direct Lease Program (DR-4828-4834-FL) has been an incredible success! 🙌 We thank all our partners, vendors, property owners and apartment communities that played a huge role in this vital initiative. 🙏
Our team had the honor of housing 70 families while getting back on their feet after the devastating storms. Many have since returned to their repaired homes or found permanent housing, while others continue to stay with us as rebuilding continues.
⏩We’re now turning our next focus to Southeast Kentucky, gathering information on available rental properties to assist families affected by the floods and mudslides.
We look forward to continuing our work with FEMA — and most importantly, to helping ease the burden for those who need it most. 💙🏡These missions are truly indescribable — the impact, the stories, and the strength of the families we meet remind us why we do what we do. 💙

🌟 Exciting News! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that Morlock Enterprises LLC has officially broken into the government contracting space, starting with our very first federal contract! 🎉 It hasn’t been an easy journey, and the last 7 1/2 months have been an incredible whirlwind since securing this milestone.

A massive thank you to our amazing team for their unwavering dedication, especially our government contracting consultant, Karen Krymski with Apex Accelerator at USF, along with Ryan, Monica, DJ, Shaun, my dad Tom, Southern Furniture, cleaning company’s Organizing Chaos and Daniels Sparkling Touch, and our handyman Jim! Your efforts have truly kept this fine tuned machine running smoothly!

The FEMA Disaster Recovery Center is opening tomorrow, Monday 9/30, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Lakewood Ranch Library for those impacted by both Hurricanes Debby and Helene. After tomorrow, it will be open daily from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is a one-stop location, designed to help answer residents' questions about disaster recovery and give referrals to agencies that may provide further assistance and status of application(s) being processed by FEMA or other agencies.

🌀💔 First and foremost, we are deeply saddened by the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. As Florida natives, the impact of this loss is unimaginable for our beloved state.
