Nestled in the shade of mature oaks, you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of an upper end unit. condo has one bedroom, but sleeps up to four when the den converts to

a private bedroom with its own bath and closet via a tasteful accordion-fold door. Take in the great view of the Highlands 18th pin while relaxing under the breeze of a tropical ceiling fan on the tiled 27' x 6' lanai. Just steps away, enjoy a refreshing dip in the Quail Hollow pool or access the 20 miles of hiking/biking trails that wind throughout The Meadows beautifully landscaped grounds. Guests have free access to the Highlands and Groves golf courses and the Centre Court Lounge by the tennis facilities.

Hello Everyone!
This will be out last post.
Our condo will no longer be available for vacation rentals as we will finally be retiring to Florida this coming autumn when we plan to become Florida residents.

Hello from the frozen tundra!
Gary and I are looking forward to spending the Christmas holiday in Quail Hollow. Gary had major C-spine surgery in November and is hoping to continue his recuperation where he can walk outside without threat of falling on the ice! I am looking torward to no snow shoveling for awhile and we both can't wait for warm, sunny weather! Rest assured, I'll make sure the place is in tip-top shape for our
2019 guests. We wish everyone Happy Holidays!

Looks like our little piece of paradise is booked up for the 2019 high season with some of our favorite regulars returning for their 3rd winter. So lucky to have such wonderful guests!

I have to apologize to anyone using VRBO to try to book our condo- They seem to be having serious difficulties with many aspects of their process, both from the traveler's perspective and for myself as an owner. This is very frustrating for everyone. Once again, I apologize.

Just got back from Quail Hollow on Sunday to get ready for the upcoming rental season. We were delighted to find hurricane Irma left The Meadows in really good shape- you have to look closely to find anything amiss. While the surrounding areas were still showing signs of damage, it appears to be getting put back to normal in rapid fashion. A visit to Lido Beach found it in surprisingly good condition. Gary did a couple of rounds on the Highlands and said it was in great shape.

This year's tenants will find nice, soft new carpet in the master bedroom. Enjoy!
