From January through August, new-construction sales increased from 12 homes in 2025 to 19 in 2026, while the median sale price rose from $1.79M to $2.09M. That’s 58.3% more sales activity and a 16.6% increase in median pricing year over year.

At the same time, today’s market carries 17 active listings and an estimated 7.2 months of inventory.
Traslation, demand has improved, but buyers have choices.
