IMPORTANCE OF A GOOD LENDER FOR REAL ESTATE:
When the buyer selects their own lender (I'm representing the seller), and the lender is from California who does not write loans in Florida, they will send the file to a third party to get the loan done. Or should I say ATTEMPT to get it done.
That lender does not communicate with you, it's a 3 hour delay from their business hours to our business hours, and the buyer is asking for extension after extension. Everybody in this transaction is frustrated, but the worst of it is that nobody gets updates from this third party lender. And the updates that we do get are inconsistent and obviously not true. Or we just get a promise it'll be today... but that has been happening EVERY DAY since October 17th.

Chris is "my guy" for loans. He will be honest, go above and beyond for my clients, and does all types of loans (most lenders can't do residential, first time homebuyer, commercial, dscr, hard money, etc), they tend to specialize in residential only.
