I Love what I do, really do, I love land, I live on 5 acres, I love homes, old, new, contemporary. I have several Real Estate accreditations, I participate in an international trade show called A Place in the Sun, held in the UK twice a year and have been attending for the last 6 years. I am very hands on with my time, opinion and ideas when appropriate. I will always recommend use of a Real Estate attorney and any other professional that I feel is required for particular situation. I can work on time crunch as I work with a lot of overseas investors. I have several investments of my own, which I feel gives me an extra insight into the market and the pros and cons of given property investment. I have lived in the area for over 10 years so I have a very good knowledge of the area community and its amenities, I have brought up my children, here I have knowledge on the very good schools that we have in the area. This is the place that I chose to call home and am very proud of. I can help you to buy your dream vacation home, move to another area in Florida, downsize because your kids no longer visit for more than a few days (that's me) or you want somewhere that has the community and amenities for the grandchildren. I can find you the investment property opportunities with good returns and appreciations. I can and would love to help you find any and all of your residential needs, I understand that the internet has made the search for property a lot easier and we are all happy about that what I offer is the information that it is not so easily accessed and would take you a lot longer which can be frustrating and eat into your leisure time and take the pleasure out of property purchasing, which sometimes can be stressful even when things are going smoothly. I take pride in making your purchasing process as smooth and enjoyable as the situation allows.
