Over the following decades, she witnessed the area's explosive growth firsthand and gained a wealth and depth of local knowledge. Upon graduation from Manatee High School, Nicole completed her undergraduate and graduate coursework at the University of Florida, receiving a doctorate (PhD) in psychology in 2009. A licensed psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP), Nicole worked both in the public schools (prior to having her 3 children) and as an independent practitioner. After experiencing divorce firsthand, Nicole transitioned to a career in real estate. Adept at interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, diplomacy and building trust, Nicole feels called to work with, and is particularly well suited to work for, individuals experiencing divorce. She is compassionate, patient and has the necessary tools to help clients make informed decisions regarding marital real estate. To best serve her divorcing clients, Nicole has undergone advanced, specialized training in divorce real estate, earning the designation Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D).
