BUT… we still wanted to kick off summer with everyone, so we’re turning June 12th into a pool party instead! 🌊🎉

☀️💦 Pool days are some of the best days at Beneva Place Apartments! let’s keep them safe for everyone! 💙

As we head into summer, we want to share a few important water safety reminders for our community families and guests:

💧 Children under 15 must always be accompanied by an adult.
💧 Small children should remain within arm’s reach while in the water.
💧 Active supervision saves lives! eyes on the water, not on phones.
💧 Not all swim aids are designed to prevent drowning. Always choose U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets when appropriate.

🎨 One important safety tip many parents don’t know:
Dress children in BRIGHT, high-contrast swimsuit colors when swimming.

Neon orange, bright pink, lime green, and bright yellow are often much easier to spot underwater or in crowded pools than colors like:
❌ blue
❌ gray
❌ white
❌ pastel shades

Bright colors can help adults locate children more quickly in and around the water.

Please always look for U.S. Coast Guard approval labels when purchasing flotation devices for children.
