Gulf Breeze Title of Sarasota just celebrated our 20th Anniversary in business!! When we opened, we were just a couple of girls committed to helping customers tackle all the steps in their real estate transactions one baby step at a time. We are so proud to have persevered and flourish through the crazy changes in the Real Estate market throughout the years. we have learned so much and it has been our great pleasure in assisting people in their purchase/sale and refinance transactions throughout the state of Florida. Thank You so much to everyone who has supported us along the way Realtors, Lenders, buyers, sellers, friends and family. It's a very proud moment for us. We look forward to continuing our journey with you all.

We had a challenging closing for Listing agent and buyer’s agent Erin DiFazio from Chrome Realty last week. All turned out well in the end, but there were many snags and extensions. The sellers were also very accommodating to the finance hiccups. The very sweet buyer Erica just sent us a Thank You card in the mail with her favorite tea. What a nice surprise it is to receive such a sweet correspondence. We love what we do and appreciate our Repeat Real Estate Agents to entrust us with their transactions.

Yesterday we hosted a great 2hr Realtor Continuing education class on Fraud. Sue Dutcher from First American Title Insurance Company taught the course and our First American Title Agent Rep Bobbi Alonso was there for support as well. We had a nice turnout and everyone LOVED the content and Sue’s brilliant teaching skills that kept us all engaged. Dawn Cohen, owner of Premier Plus Realty generously let us use her building for the class Jeanine Thomas, Owner of Sarasota Mortgage Group set up and marketed for us. We are overwhelmed with gratitude to them and to our attendees!!
