The Sarasota/Bradenton market has been very busy with buyers over the last 90 days. We are seeing multiple offers again, a lot at full price. BUT we're also seeing more buyers take advantage of little money down and financing OR they're paying cash. Financing may take a little longer to get completed but no failures on contracts thus far. All positive news!

Down payments are falling, FHA and VA loans are surging, and competition is finally cooling in many cities.
