I almost talked myself out of going. I didn't know a single person attending, and honestly, I had to get out of my own head and just get on the dang plane😂 I am SO freaking happy I did.

I just returned from an incredible 3.5 days in Austin, Texas surrounded by over 700 of the most driven, talented women in real estate from across the country and my cup is overflowing.
