June brought some exciting news to the Sarasota and Manatee real estate markets. Sales increased across every major segment while inventory continued to shrink. Single-family home prices rose in both counties, while condo and townhome prices declined, another reminder that our local market isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Sarasota and Manatee still have micro markets but sellers who price their home appropriately are rewarded with faster contracts and stronger offers.
