It’s amazing to see the side by side difference in the Sarasota single family home market vs the condo market.

Some of the factors enhancing the difference in the condo market: monthly fees have risen to keep up with ever increasing cost from lawn care to the master insurance policy and to prevent assessments in the future, the financials and the sharp increase in pricing since 2020. The Sarasota market is very hyper-local, we have lots lots of micro-markets within the Sarasota area. Some are thriving and some are softening.
