I started my real estate career with Coldwell Banker in the mid 1980’s in Northern California. As a young lady working in a very high end community I learned quickly to be thorough, know what I was talking about and to surround myself with strong professional contacts. That holds true to this day. I was a REALTOR in Marin County for 8 years before moving to San Diego to further my education. While in San Diego I worked at Grubb and Ellis in La Jolla and was actively involved in selling what we now refer to as “condo conversions”. I fell in love with the real estate business the moment I started and haven’t stopped. After living overseas in Australia, I continued my career in “sales” as a professional “head hunter” for legal and accounting firms in Washington, D.C. Looking for a little more sunshine and a less stressful environment I moved to Sarasota in 2002 and found myself back in real estate. Living through the good times and the bad times has not lessened my interest nor my enthusiasm to find the right real estate choices for the clients I represent. I have taken my nearly 25 years of experience to a higher level and am confidently representing both sellers and buyers in this challenging market. I have formed a team - the MacDonald Watrobsky Team, with three additional REALTOR members - so you will never be left alone when working with me.
