🏢 Condos: 281 sales | $310K median price | 5.2 months supply

MANATEE COUNTY
🏠 Single-Family: 687 sales | $495K median price | 3.9 months supply
🏢 Condos: 241 sales | $307K median price | 4.9 months supply

✨ What stands out: Sales activity increased year-over-year in both counties, while months of supply declined. Condos saw particularly strong increases in closed sales.
