If you own in Central Park II, the Board of Directors are asking you to approve the following two questions related to improvements at the court:

1. DO YOU APPROVE THE ASSOCIATION MATERIALLY ALTERING THE COMMON ELEMENT TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURT BY REPLACING THE EXISTING GREEN COURT AND RED COURT SURROUND WITH A BLUE COURT AND GREEN COURT SURROUND?

2. DO YOU APPROVE THE ASSOCIATION MATERIALLY ALTERING THE COMMON ELEMENT TENNIS/PICKLEBALL COURT FENCE BY REPLACING THE EXISTING DARK GREEN FENCE WITH A BLACK FENCE?
