The real estate market is picking up.

The Sarasota county housing report for July from our local board of Realtors states the average days to contract for a single family home (priced appropriately) is 63 (+21% year over year) and 72 (+7.5%) days for condos.

Another interesting statistic is the median home price is $470,000 which is exactly the same as it was in 2024. All good news.
