In 2009, I switched gears and earned my CAM or Community Association Managers License and began to learn a whole new aspect of Real Estate. Handling everything from association budgets, reserve funds and maintenance to negotiating and hiring the right contractor. Focusing on the longevity of common property and obtain the highest property values. In 2016, I decided to expand my experience into the Sales Associates area earning my Real Estate License. I am a Florida native living in the Parrish area for over 10 years. My husband and I transferred to North Carolina for a short period of 2 years after his ten-year service with the US Navy. Once our twin daughters were born we relocated closer to family in Parrish and we absolutely love the beautiful small town feel with the conveniences it provides nearby. As a Florida, native and resident of Parrish I’m well versed in the Parrish and surrounding areas, school districts, places to go, commute times and quiet areas to step away from the busy life.
