Realtors have feelings too!
It can be tough selling a condo for people who've known you since you were a teenager... AND TOUGHER STILL to believe that they listed with you after KNOWING you as a teen. At first it seemed like the end of an era AND our undefeated golf scramble record.

Luckily, they'll be back in December renting a place even closer! So either, a) I was a phenomenal teenager (0.00%), or b) my golf swing makes me an asset to the team 🙂

Regardless, the Buyers and Sellers are thrilled with the outcome AND it turns out that it's not the end of an era... It's actually a new beginning!!
