🎉 $100 Million in Real Estate Sales 🎉
$100 million sold. Those are numbers I never imagined when I started this journey with Medway Realty.
When I sat down and added it all up, I officially surpassed $100 million in real estate sales since mid 2015, and it’s a milestone I’m incredibly grateful for.
What makes it even more meaningful is that I did it without a team. When you call, text, or email, you get me. Not an assistant. Not a transaction coordinator. Not someone overseas. Just me.
Every showing, every negotiation, every contract, every closing, and every challenge solved—I’ve been there personally.
And the stories I could tell you… 🤣
From buyers who fell in love with the first house they swore they hated… to sellers who wanted yesterday’s prices in today’s market… to deals that should have died 10 times but somehow made it to the closing table. Real estate has never been boring!
In a world where bigger teams often mean less personal service, I’ve built my business on being accessible, accountable, and hands-on every step of the way.
To every client who trusted me, referred me, and supported my business over the years—thank you. This milestone wouldn’t have been possible without you.
And while I’m proud of the number, I’m even more grateful for the relationships, friendships, and memories built along the way.
