As much as I want to put my head under my pillow and hide from it, I will watch the 9/11 shows and partake in meaningful conversation. My worst fear is we begin to forget. I wonder how many people born after 2000 really understand what our country went through that September day. To all the friends and colleagues I lost that day, I'll do my hardest to keep your memory alive.

This is a wonderful article explaining the Florida Market. It explains why our shelves are empty. I listed two properties in the last 48 hours. Both are under contract. If listed at the right price, with the right marketing and a great agent your property should sell quickly.
