What a story!!

This charmer just sold! Some sales are straightforward, others are certainly more challenging. Then there are homes and sellers that you find a connection with and in the end know that you have truly helped them
achieve a goal. Here is a quick case study:

This home happens too be in a neighborhood that I am passionate about. It’s where I personally live. These neighbors are from the UK and had not been able to use the property as they hoped during COVID. After long conversations they decided to sell. We had the challenge of their allowable days in the US, this matters for packing, moving, inspections, closing dates etc. Couple that with tax code considerations surrounding the sale oh and the first buyer (accepted contract) falling through 😳 we had a few balls to juggle.

Ultimately it all turned out amazing, we helped handle everything while they were away and ended up getting the highest sale price ever achieved in the neighborhood. A true Win-Win!!😍
