Thirsty Thursdays give you a chance to get to know your fellow paradise seekers while enjoying food and your favorite beverage. Just across from our clubhouse, we have a billiard room to play pool and ping pong while you watch the game. Our fenced-in court area has two tennis courts and four pickleball courts. Come and join the regulars in the morning round-robin, or reserve the court for your stay. If you choose to stay fit at the gym, we offer two! Beside the office is a men’s and women’s gym with restrooms and showers. Stop by the community library in the billiard room and take a book on the way to the beach. We have 40 boat slips ranging from 24’ to 45’ long available for rent. Our sunrises are second-to-none. Every morning, we get to see the sky painted in beautiful shades of pink, orange, and red. With all of our units offering a beautiful view of the bay and sunrise, having a bedroom that also features a gorgeous view is an extra bonus. Our property has four individual buildings with just five stories to offer a quieter stay where the view is not compromised. Each floor conveniently has a washer and dryer and an elevator. All doors are kept locked at all times, with only a code for entry or key. The property is monitored daily, and unregistered vehicles are towed. Guests who are not registered are asked to leave the property to maintain a high level of security during their stay. Our on-site cleaning company has been with us for 20 years and provides outstanding service to ensure you have a clean and comfortable stay. Perfectly located on the south end of Midnight Pass, you have all the conveniences of being on the island without the heavy congestion the key can cause. We are the last stop for the Siesta Key Breeze Trolley, which comes every 15 minutes. Not only are you right on the bay, but across the street is Turtle Beach access. Siesta Key Beach is just a short trolley ride or walk away. Sunrise Cove has the unique privilege of being surrounded by three different beautiful bodies of water. Aside from the many conveniences that Sunrise Cove offers, there are also many advantages to our location, such as three restaurants within walking distance. Whether you are looking to have a relaxed dinner or drink on the water or looking to have a nice dinner to celebrate, you are easily accommodated with Turtle’s waterfront restaurant, the more relaxed Turtle Beach Grill, or the decadent Ophelia’s restaurant.
