Congratulations to Sara Alfano, our Director of Operations, on winning this year’s SBA Operations Professional of the Year award!
For 12 years, Sara has been an essential part of Sam Rodgers Homes. She began as a Design Consultant and grew into the person who connects so many parts of the homebuilding process, from homeowner design sessions to purchasing, permitting, and production scheduling.
Sam and Richard described it best in their recommendation: “She takes ownership, develops solutions, and sees every task through to successful completion.”
