When showing a home to clients I’m always keeping an eye out for any potential red flags that could cause a major headache for them down the road. I typically present the issue, what it might take to resolve the issue and then let my clients decide whether or not it’s something that they want to proceed with.

That’s until I found a whole hillside giving way.

Me: “uhh, time to go guys!” 😂
