A big thank you to everyone who joined us for our Investor Day a few weeks ago!

We kicked things off with a bus tour around some of our signature projects - from The Ridge on Excelsior Ave to our Maple Street redevelopment and the historic Annandale Mansion. Seeing these projects up close really brought the vision to life.

In the afternoon, we gathered at the Spa Verandas at the Saratoga Race Course for an amazing time connecting with our investors, sharing updates, and celebrating what’s ahead.

We’re so grateful for the support, energy, and excitement our investors bring. None of this would be possible without you. Here’s to building communities and growing together!

New Project Announcement – Maple Street, Glens Falls
We’re excited to share that Green Springs Capital Group is bringing new life to 178–180 Maple Street in Glens Falls!

This $3.5M redevelopment will transform the vacant three-story building into:
19 thoughtfully designed apartments
2,300+ sq. ft. of second-floor commercial space
19 dedicated parking spaces

With a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and a two-bedroom unit, this project embraces the city’s vision for mixed-use growth and affordable housing.

Construction begins soon and is expected to be completed within six months!

We're proud to contribute to the revitalization of this historic corridor and strengthen the community fabric in the Glens Falls Light Industrial Zone.

58 Lincoln Update:

Our 58 Lincoln Ave project is wrapping up with three apartments listed, one getting finishing touches, and one leased out. We have had great interest from prospective tenants on this property so far and are hoping to get the remaining apartments filled promptly. 182 Excelsior Progress Update

Our 182 Excelsior job site is moving along great! Two apartment buildings have framing and roofing complete, one of which also has all windows installed. We are up to the 3rd floor of framing on the third building and we have just started cutting for the final apartment building foundation. The Carriage House has also been set on its foundation and all supports have been removed.

Our 33 Franklin and 58 Lincoln projects have an exciting new look! The outside of 33 Franklin has been painted and 58 Lincoln has new siding giving them a fresh look, and increasing the overall curb appeal.

33 Franklin Progress

The interior common areas have been painted, giving this building a complete modern refresh to match the newly renovated units.

We also tidied up the existing greenery and added new plants to the front of the property to elevate the landscaping and overall curb appeal.

Next up is painting the exterior!

The moment we have all been waiting for at our 182 Excelsior project!

We had a big day on site as we watched the historic Henry Lawrence House move 50 yards to its new "home". Both existing structures are now positioned at the front of the property and are ready to be restored into condominiums.
