The Blodgett family was brought to the team by an old coworker of Courtney’s. From our first meeting, which happened to be virtual from Texas, I could tell this was going to be a special family 💜 . We hit the ground 🏃🏼‍♀️ + I started showing houses virtually while they were planning their cross country move. The first offer we ✍️ was a house they had only seen virtually 😱 A + J trusted me completely which made for lots of personal growth throughout the process. I feel like I’ve made a lifelong friend out of the whole family, especially A! I’m so happy they settled on a 🏡 so close

So happy for our client, J, on the purchase of his first ever 🏡 which happens to be walking distance from his childhood home. Seeing the excitement through J’s eyes made the process that much more meaningful. J was very eager from the start, listened to every piece of advice + asked questions when needed 🙋🏻 J was a referral from our assistant, Jackie + I’m so happy he trusted with this decision 🎉 I’m going to miss seeing J + K but I can’t wait for an invite to the pool party 😂

So proud of these two, K + T, on the purchase of their first 🏡 When K first reached out + said their landlord was selling their current townhouse, we immediately went into action mode. Fast forward ✌🏻 weeks + we were already under contract 🙌🏻 This was not the easiest transaction due to inspection issues but it was definitely worth it! This one was a whirlwind. I met B at an open house where we realized he already had a GHT connection 🤗 We looked at another house less than 2️⃣4️⃣ hours later, without his wife, A, but lost out in a multiple offer situation. Fast forward ✌🏻weeks later + we find ourselves in ANOTHER multiple offer situation. We had a meeting of the minds + knew we needed to go in there aggressive. B + A got their Saratoga home they were looking for, close to the 🏔 for 🚴🏿‍♀️ + hikes but close enough to family in NJ. Now it’s time for them to unpack before 👶🏼 in August ❤️

S O L D 🏡 This is one of those bittersweet closings where I’m happy my clients, S + J, finally have 🔑 to their new kingdom but I will miss our constant communication. S is initially a friend of Courtney’s from Siena (go Saints), however, I’m taking her as mine now 😉 Working with S + J was such a natural process with all of us understanding one another from the very beginning. This was not an easy transaction but ya know what they say, team work makes the dream work 💪🏻. I’m so happy for S+J on this next chapter. Next up, closing on the sale of their other 🏡 then 👰🏻. Clearly, 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣2️⃣ is their year 🍾
