Linda Cusma is a long time Capital Region resident who graduated from Saratoga Springs before earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design at Oswego State University. Upon her return to the local area, she began her real estate career when she worked as the Marketing Manager for a large agency based in Saratoga Springs. It was here that she learned how to showcase properties and add
the brand value messaging necessary to promote the agency’s listings and support agents in their quest for sales and market share growth. Linda also brings Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake the added value of being a creative professional photographer who has deep experience with shooting high end luxury properties for marketing materials. Most recently, Linda was part of a top producing team in the Greater Capital District that has grown its sales volume from $8M annually to its current revenue of over $45M. Her role as Operations Manager for the team required that she create and implement processes and support for sales and administrative aspects of transactions. During her time with the team, Linda became an active Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and prides herself on being a reputable advocate for her clients. Linda is a highly motivated professional who has a passion for marketing and selling properties. She offers a combination of marketing, operations, sales, and professional photography insights that uniquely qualify her to lead a marketing role. In addition, she comes to BHHS Blake with a commitment to the combined success of everyone she works with on the team.
