She is a Saratoga County native, living here most of her life. She has also resided in the Corning, NY area. Starting at a very young age, working with her parents in their garden center business, she was introduced to sales, and from that experience, discovered customer service was her forte. After graduating from Paul Smith’s College, Loretta earned her B.S. degree in Marketing Management from Siena College. In her free time, Loretta enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending as much time as she can with her girls. One of her personal goals is to earn her pilot's license and to see these wonderful sights from the air. When asked by her friends to highlight her qualities, they replied "Loretta is very approachable and goes out of her way to please people", "Loretta is full of positive energy and is always smiling and looking to have a good laugh" and "Loretta has a great work ethic and is very detailed in everything she does".
