Just had a great conversation with Jay. He leaves Albany Med on Monday for Sunnyview Rehab. He is very positive but still pretty banged up. He’s got great support from family with a special shout out to his girlfriend Jasmine who has been by his side during this whole ordeal. He has a long road of recovery ahead but he is looking forward to the challenge.

Update on Jay!
He is still in critical condition but is slowly improving. He has more surgeries and a lengthy road of rehab in front of him but there are reasons to be cautiously optimistic. As I know more, I’ll feed it to you. It may be awhile before he can receive visitors. Keep the positive thoughts flowing !

This morning, one of our dedicated employees, Jay, was involved in a motorcycle accident on his way to work on Edie Road in Wilton. He is in critical condition at Albany Med with some pretty severe injuries. Say some prayers cause I think he’s going to need all he can get to get through this. 🙏

Attention everyone:
For the 2nd time in last 2 months, we’ve had “representatives” of solar energy visit our community for the purpose of accessing your National Grid bill. For the 2nd time, we escorted them off the premises.
These people can gain a lot of info from your National Grid bill that you shouldn’t want them to have. They are slick, young and usually arrive at the park entrance in a sketchy looking van.
Anytime you see anyone doing soliciting in the park, contact us immediately. You never know if it’s legit or they have someone checking out your backyard while you are at the front door dealing with them.
Also, earlier this week, cars were rummaged through in the ingersoll rd, Louden rd, and Ruggles Rd area. Keep your car doors locked at night. This is a professional group of thieves making their way around

Please take note!
A mobile home park on Grange Road in Greenfield and several housing developments in Wilton have been hit recently by at least 3 individuals breaking into cars and sheds at night. The latest was last night. Please lock your car doors at night and secure your sheds. They are creeping around between 1 & 3 in the morning. See something, say something!

As some of you are aware, on December 22nd in the mid morning hours, one of our long, long time tenants suffered a tragedy when their home caught on fire. It is believed their home is a total loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Vincent Family. It is especially painful at this time of year, a time of joy and happiness, to hear of such a cruel and dreadful event take place in our community.
We should be thankful we have the volunteer firefighters and emergency response teams who quickly arrived and did their best to contain the fire. Thank you to the City of Saratoga Springs Fire Department along with Wilton, Maple Ave, Schuylerville, South Glens Falls and Gansevoort Volunteer Fire Companies and Wilton EMS for all their efforts.
I believe with the help and support of our community, the Vincents will recover from this and remain valued member of our Louden Oaks family.
