I call this an honor because there is a delicate balance between representing the property and honoring the memory of the previous owner that has passed away. Executors are sometimes pressured by family members and they lean on me to support them through difficult decisions. There are tears 1!; smiles, ups and downs, and everything in between!

Common misconception: “Spring/Summer is the best time to sell.”

Reality: Quarter 4 and 1 (Fall and Winter) have been my best seasons for my listings for the last 4 years in a row.
