We worked with Amy on two transactions in 2022. Amy listed our home and also represented us in purchasing a home. Amy's best quality is that she always responded to texts, calls and emails in a very timely manner. On our purchase, Amy represented our interests extremely well. She had amazing follow-up regarding any questions that we had, always ensuring our questions were answered. Our home sold quickly. Much of this was due to Amy's advice regarding preparation of the home prior to listing. We had over 10 showings in 2 days and Amy gave us feedback immediately after each showing.
