The best time to make a move isn’t dictated by a headline. It’s dictated by your leverage.

Interest rates and inventory matter, but they’re only part of the equation. A property that’s been sitting, limited competition in your price point, a motivated seller, or strong demand for a home like yours can completely change the conversation.

There is no single “good” or “bad” real estate market. There are individual opportunities within every market.

The key is knowing when the numbers, timing, and negotiating power are working in your favor, and knowing what to do with them.
