Resident Appreciation Week is almost here! Join us October 5-9 for “Flannel Fest,” a full week of cozy fall fun created especially for the residents who make our community such a special place to call home.

Where cozy memories are stitched together one day at a time!

Here’s what we have planned:

Monday, October 5: Sip into Sweater Weather: Apple c***r/breakfast on the go bar: Come swing by the management office for our kickoff event. 8am-12pm

Tuesday, October 6: The Flannel Fuel Up: Caramel Apple/Popcorn Bar: The Yum continues. Join us at the management office for the fun. 3pm-4:30pm
Wednesday, October 7: Leaves with Laughter: Pumpkin/Tiny Gnome Craft Painting Party: Grab your spot for this event. 12 available. Contact [email protected] with guests and address.

Thursday, October 8: The Flannel Frolic: Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt: This is an all-day event for 20 lucky winners to find a scarecrow for a cozy fall gift basket. *1 scarecrow per household

Friday, October 9: Homefront Flannel Fest: Annual Harvest Festival: Join us for this fabulous fall event. We will have pumpkins for picking, apple c***r and apple c***r donuts, a fall photo stand and facepainting. 3pm-4:30pm at the Dolphin/Bay Playground.
