Beyond grateful that was able to put in this amazing event in our backyard!

So many takeaways from yesterday. I think one of the most impressive panelists was ! I have known Gi since high school and to see what he has been able to accomplish since getting his license it incredible.

It was also great to finally see speak! I always love to find new ways to work on my business and to be the best agent for each and every one of my clients!

Great afternoon over at today meeting the team!

As a homebuyer, it is so important to be prepared. There’s nothing worse than falling in love with a home and not being able to get in an offer on time. Making sure you have a realtor and lender who communicate and work together is key!! I have really enjoyed working with ClearPath and can’t wait to help some more buyers find their dream home!

I always get asked if real estate is my only job. While it is my full time job, I also have another passion of mine that has somehow turned into a side gig!

If you know me, you know I was pretty much born singing. Music has always been such an important aspect of my life, and at the age of 9 (after begging my mom for 2 years) I finally learned to play the guitar (properly lol).

So fast forward to 2017, I had just finished my first year of college. One thing leads to another and I get a summer job singing in Bolton Landing

A couple months goes by and another restaurant reaches out to me to play there. It is then that I realize this is the perfect college job! I could play and be back to my dorm by 9:30 to get ready to go out 🤪

Now it is 2022, many restaurants later, weddings, anniversary parties, birthday parties, retirement parties, bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, and some events that I couldn’t have dreamed of playing at, and here we are!

I figured that it was time to share this part of my life as well! If you’re ever interested in listening to me play check out where I post my gigs!

What a week we had! The weather wasn’t the best, but we sure made the best of the trip! Not pictured are all of the amazing meals and drinks we had, plus plenty of laughs and time well spent with family. This will be the last vacation for a while and I made sure to soak in every last bit of it! Also thank you to my mom and dad for letting Carter and I crash their empty nesters vacation 😂

And that’s a wrap on summer 2022! I can’t believe it’s over. Definitely had an eventful Labor Day weekend. We kicked it off by sending Evan off to the last Williams child to go! Fun fact we are 4/4…we all attended Siena!

Then I headed up to Lake George to sing for my last summer evening at the Château on the Lake. We spent the next day catching up with friends and family on the boat, and then headed to family dinner at Loda.

I spent my time this morning reflecting on my goals for the rest of the year and catching up with clients, bring on September!

SOLD 🏡❤️ this one was extra special to me as this couple was referred to me by one of my past clients!

When Rosemary and Michael reached out to me they were looking to find a place in Albany to be closer to their grandchildren. Within one week we found this adorable cape and within the next couple days we were under contract!

It was a pleasure working with and Carolyn to make this process as seamless as possible for each of our clients. I look forward to working together again!

Some exciting things happened while I was in Italy! I will say that communication is key and so is having a team in place.

Let’s talk about tip #5! Add an escalation clause. Maybe you have heard of this, maybe you haven’t. Let’s discuss below!

An escalation clause allows you to offer the seller a certain amount over the highest offer, up to a predetermined price.

So…what does this mean?? Let’s say you look at a house that is $250,000. You decide to put in an offer for $257,000 with an escalation clause of $2000 over the highest offer up to $265,000. This means if there is an offer above yours ($257,000) but below the cap ($265,000) your offer jumps $2000 over the highest offer.

This raises your chances of beating the highest offer, while also not overpaying. It’s a great tool to use!
