Benny Blanco sold his New York bachelor pad for $3.6 million—just weeks after he and fiancée Selena Gomez purchased a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion that will likely serve as their marital home.

The 37-year-old, who popped the question to singer and actress Gomez, 32, in December 2024, initially put his 2,200-square-foot condo on the market in May 2024, five months after the couple publicly confirmed their relationship for the first time.

Blanco, who is the mastermind behind multiple hit songs, including Rihanna's "Diamonds" and Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," originally listed his condo for $3.99 million but chopped that price to $3.75 million just three months later.

Now, records reveal that he has finally secured a sale—albeit for the discounted price of $3.6 million, with the deal officially closing on March 27.

-pack their room first and be sure to keep a small box of their favorite toys to the side
-schedule a sitter for moving day
-if older children, speak to them about the benefits of moving, especially if it involves a new school
-take the time while packing to donate toys and clothing you no longer need.
