Sneak Peek 👀 We’re excited to welcome the entire community into our newest home at Phyllian’s Bluff, featured in the 2026 Saratoga Showcase of Homes October 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th.

Our team has been working extremely hard on this build, and we are honored that our home will feature alongside some of the finest work happening in the Saratoga area, all in support of two extraordinary local charities.

Over the past 30 years, the Saratoga Showcase of Homes has raised nearly $1.7 million for Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Counties. Building a home that supports that mission is the whole reason we do this.

Before his Saturday win in the Alabama Stakes, trainer Chad Brown found time last week to welcome John back into his custom Witt home in Saratoga.

We talked about all things horse racing, Saratoga, and the home he comes back to each night. Chad's passions and successes are on full display in a space that serves him perfectly. From entertaining guests, to hosting friends and housing family, his custom Witt home is a Winner.
