I have been a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker since 1999, WOW 22 years now!! I have worked in Saratoga County for the the last 12 years. Before that I worked in many markets in New York State including Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess counties.I've sold almost every variety of real estate:Single-family residential,Duplexes,Multifamily,New Construction,Commercial Buildings, and Vacant Land too. I have been a real estate investor for 18 years and counting. I have owned up to 10 doors(apartments) and have had a diversified portfolio of real estate. I have purchased land at tax auctions, owned several single family homes, a duplex and a fourplex... I also flipped two houses in the past few years, which has always been on my bucket list! I have moved and sold my own home 6+ times over the years, resale house new houses, put up a modular home on vacant land, fixer uppers, etc so I can totally empathize with my clients on almost every level. I bought my first house when I was 24 years old, I have definitely lived some life, and most of my life involved buying and selling real estate and helping others sell and buy their homes, investment properties and investing in real estate myself.
