As summer comes to an end, we can’t help but reflect on how grateful we are to do what we do. ☀️

The warm summer days have a way of bringing everyone together. Backyard parties, kids running through the sprinkler, long afternoons by the pool, grilling with friends, and making memories that somehow always seem to happen at home.

And we’re just as grateful for the place we get to call home. Saratoga summers are pretty hard to beat. From days at the track to evenings downtown, local restaurants, community events, and everything in between, there’s something special about loving where you live.

POV: You just sold the investment property that started it all. 🏡✨
Today, 1913 Highland Ave officially closed — and this one feels a little extra special.

This was my client’s very first investment property, marking the beginning of her journey as a real estate investor.

And today, she closed on the sale of that very first investment.
Even more meaningful for us at Gettings Home Team — this is our 6th transaction together. Six properties later, we’re incredibly grateful to still be the team she trusts to guide her through each chapter of her real estate journey.

There’s something pretty special about watching where a client started, seeing how far they’ve come, and getting to be part of the journey along the way.
