I’m so excited for my buyers today! I’m sharing two closing stories because each one is its own journey & deserves to be celebrated. ❤️

This one started with a referral from my wonderful accountant, Carissa Conley of Bucknam & Conley CPAs. (Highly recommend!) Referrals are one of the greatest compliments in this business, & I’m so grateful Carissa trusted me with JB & NB.

From the moment I met them, I knew these two were special. My admin actually overheard JB & I talking & said she had never met anyone with the same energy as me. 😃✨I felt that connection immediately. They’re absolute rockstars, & working with them was just FUN.

They weren’t in a rush. After relocating to the area, they wanted to find a place that truly felt like home—a magical place where they could plant roots.

Then we found it: a beautiful property on Forts Ferry Road overlooking the Mohawk River. 🌊🎣🛥️

A big thank you to Caitlin Casey of Chase and Tori Romeo of Romeo Realty for including me in their track day at the Veranda’s at Saratoga Race Track! 🏇

I was bummed to miss most of the day, but I’m so glad I made it for a few races. I only got a few pictures and videos because, honestly, I was way too caught up in the awesome conversations and enjoying the day!🥰

I always appreciate events like this that bring our local real estate community together—and remind us that we’re allowed to have a little fun, too. We grind hard enough in this industry and this market… sometimes it’s good to slow down, connect, laugh, and enjoy the people around us!
