The hot dogs and hamburgers were in full swing today as we wrapped up the final day of the Saratoga Showcase of Homes at 9 Kenzie Court! 🌭🍔

The street’s namesake, Kenzie, and her best friend Ellen made sure everyone grabbed something from the grill on their way out!

A big thank you to Chuck Eafrato of Broadview FCU for providing everything we needed for the grill and being on hand to share information about current mortgage offerings.

And of course, thank you to all of our employees who volunteered their time to keep the grill going throughout the Showcase! Today, Russ, our Site Supervisor at Milltown Centre, was keeping up with the demand—with a little help (or maybe extra chaos 😂) from two spunky teenagers!

What a great way to close out the Saratoga Showcase of Homes. Thank you to everyone who came out to tour 9 Kenzie Court!

What do you look for when touring a new kitchen? For us, storage is always at the top of the list!

One feature getting lots of compliments in our Showcase home is the corner pantry — plenty of storage without sacrificing valuable kitchen space.

Come see it for yourself next weekend during the second weekend of the Saratoga Showcase of Homes! We’d love to show you around and hear which features make your must-have list.

This weekend marks the start of the Saratoga Showcase of Homes! After months of hard work, we’re so excited to finally have it all on display.

One of the things we’re most proud to feature is some of the beautiful work created by the girls who participated in the Girls in Construction Summer Camp!

A huge thank you again to Matt Whitbeck of Whitbeck Construction , Northeast Construction Trades Workforce Coalition, Inc. and all of the volunteers who shared their time and talents with the girls. We’re so proud to incorporate their creations into our Showcase home and can’t wait for everyone to see them!

When your two toughest critics tour the model home under construction… 😂🏠

We brought in the experts for a little quality control. Their qualifications? Strong opinions, zero filter, and an unwavering commitment to the 6/7 rating system.

Apparently, every room is judged on the important things:
😂 Kid logic
🏠 Livability
😎 Vibes
🤷‍♀️ And criteria we’re still trying to understand

The reviews are in…and we think the model passed inspection. 6/7. Obviously.

Come see it for yourself at Legacy Woods in Ballston, NY—and feel free to use a more traditional rating scale. 😂
