In a recent interview, New York broker and Netflix star Ryan Serhant broke down the reality of today’s housing market 🏡📊 And the truth is, the market doesn’t really belong to anyone right now—buyers or sellers. There really is no “one-size-fits-all” playbook anymore.

But here’s what IS clear 👇✨

• The market isn’t frozen ❄️➡️🔥
• Opportunities exist for prepared buyers 🔑
• Creative deals are becoming the norm 🤝💡

My job is to help you make sense of it 💬 If you’ve even thought about making a move recently, DM me and I’ll help you navigate it with confidence 💛

So excited for my clients for going under contract on this beautiful new construction home! 🎉🏡
Brixton Park is such a great neighborhood, and I can’t wait to watch this home come together. Truly so happy for them and grateful to be part of the journey! ✨

SLC snagged a spot on NAR’s 2026 “Housing Hot Spots,” and I’m not shocked at all.
Between the strong economy, better buying conditions, and a little breathing room in the inventory, the pieces are finally falling into place.

👀 You may want to keep an eye on this market…

While real estate is inherently local, each year the National Association of REALTORS® identifies markets expected to outperform based on key trends and metrics.
