My clients were preparing this and they kept having one issue after another. But we finally got it on the market last week and under contract today. #

The market currently is and always is interesting. It’s important to have an agent on your side who is knowledgeable and ready to take on a listing in any market. When there’s multiple offers you handle it differently vs a flipped market.

✨ Making sure your home is showing top notch doesn’t happen by chance. Yes, I understand it can’t always be perfect, especially when you’re still living there BUT there are some “must do’s” when showing your home to perspective buyers.

A nice smell and loads of sun light when you walk in the door of a home can do wonders for the overall feeling of a showing. ☀️💐

Don’t underestimate the power of simple changes like light, smell and toilet lids. It all matters. ✨

You guys!!! If you have been sitting on the fence twiddling your thumbs, NOW is the time to work with a lender to get you pre-qualified or at least a road map for buying. These interest rates have been consistently dropping!
