Santa Clara County Single Family Residential sales are still strong. Average Days to Sell in May 2025 is 18 which is average for the last twelve months. Note though that the Sale Price to List Price spiked earlier this year and has now reverted back to a more average 4% above list. In February 2025 Sale Price was 9% over List Price!!! Less inventory? Pent up demand? The tariff-effect? The take-away is that Silicon Valley Residential Real Estate is still very strong -- on average selling quickly and for over list price.

Happy to post a second video of the partnership the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas and Villas North with Treecovery Hawaii. In the first video we helped plant native trees for homeowners who will retrieve them over the next few years as they rebuild their homes. The trees will be many times their current size and we'll take care of them at KOR/N. In this video we learn about how human intervention helped augment an already vigorous 55 tree family called Lahaina Banyan Tree.
