My nephew called me and asked for home buying advice- in the Las Vegas area.
I told him step #1- talk to a lender and a reputable one who will answer ALL your ?s as a first time home buyer.
He followed my advice by choosing to work with . Smart move.
Then I reached out to and at Las Vegas Coldwell Banker. Roni and Irene told me they 💓 first time
home buyers (all homes buyers for that matter…😊)

Less then 2 months later- Sign off and my nephew and his wife are moving into a home they love 💗 . Andy and Margie told me they couldn’t believe how much they felt taken care of by this trio.
