We have a 2-bedroom coming available. Now is a good time to fill out an application and turn it in. If you have an application in with us, I will be calling applicants this week from our waitlist. Calls will be coming from phone number (256) 601-2118. Program this number into your phone so you don't mistake it for spam. Please know that if you have an application in with us, then you are on our waitlist so, no need to check on your application. Call backs will be in the order applications have been received. Response by text is acceptable. I look forward to meeting our new resident!

If you have received a scholarship last year from Alabama Affordable Housing Association - Scholarship Fund, Inc. it's time to renew your application. for 2026-2027. Please stop by the office so we can complete/review your application. Incomplete application will not be accepted, let's not wait until the last minute. If you are a new student, this scholarship is available to you to. stop by the office, we can complete your application as well. Don't miss out!
