While many are unable to visit their property here in Sargent due to the COVID event, CheckMark Services is here to check in on your place. You don't have to "subscribe" to one of our plans to avail yourself of a "callout" check at any time for only $25 to provide you with reassurance that "all is well". We are VERY hopeful that the restrictions in effect are lifted/eased to allow you to return to beautiful Sargent, but are here if you need us. Stay safe!

Merry Christmas CheckMark Services folks! It's been a quiet fall and here's to a quiet 2020! Thanks for all the kindness and trust extended to us and hope all are well in the upcoming year! As an aside, thanks to all the Contractors that I've worked with in keeping our Sargent property owners happy, secure, and able to enjoy their properties when they can come visit. Keep up the great work!

With the combination of heat, humidity, and the airborne African dust, make sure you check/change your AC filters. They're taking it tough right now from what I'm seeing with my customers.
